Land south of View Road — 25 homes

Twenty-five dwellings with landscaping, parking, earthworks and a new vehicular access from View Road, on the same land as the 68. Permission granted: conditions on ancient woodland buffer, habitat creation, ecological mitigation and landscaping were all discharged during 2025. The same address, land south of View Road, also carries the full permission for fifty retirement homes granted under MC/22/1713 on 10 May 2023. Medway’s file gives that permission an expiry date of 10 May 2026; whether it was implemented before then and if so whether the two overlap, is not settled (see that entry).
